Reservation / Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or change your reservation 24 hours in advance of the trip, you will receive a full refund. Because we do not have assigned seating, if your full party arrives ten minutes before the trip and you are not satisfied with your seating arrangements you can decline to go out and receive a full refund. We cannot provide refunds for no-shows because we do not overbook.

Policy Notices

Please feel free to bring anything you wish for food and drink including wine, cheese, etc. We do not sell anything onboard.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the docks or aboard ship. Please bring only trained service animals aboard.

Please silence cell phones upon boarding so everyone can enjoy a peaceful escape out on the water. 

Please be aware that all children, including those under two years of age, count towards our permitted passenger maximums and must have a ticket to board.
